I sign the bill into law.

New Provision
700.044 General elections must be held on the second Saturday in January, April, July and October in every year.
Old Provision
700.044 Election day is fixed by the Constitution.
The Act passed by unanimous consent and was signed into law on 31 July 2005. Link not included because the Yahoo database is down.
