Simple Salaries Act 2005

New Provisions:
808.30 Government Salaries
808.31 The Bank Commissioner must pay every officer of the Commonwealth ~1000 per month of service.
808.32 The Bank Commissioner must prorate salaries for time in service under one whole month.
808.33 Deputy President, Speaker, and non-serving Temporary Justice are not paid positions.
808.34 When a citizen serves in more than one office, the Bank Commissioner must pay them ~250 per month for service in each additional office.
808.35 An amendment to this chapter must not take effect until a new National Assembly is seated.

808.30 Government Salaries
808.31 Grades and Salaries
808.31.1 There shall be four salary grades, I, II, III, and IV.
808.31.2 Grade I shall be set at ~50 per week.
808.31.2 Grade II shall be set at ~80 per week.
808.31.3 Grade III shall be set at ~100 per week.
808.31.4 Grade IV shall be set at ~200 per week.
808.32 Positions and Grades
808.32.1 Grade IV shall be used for the President.
808.32.2 Grade III shall be used for Deputy, Minister, Permanent
Judge, and any other Minister-level position, such as Attourney
General.
808.32.3 Grade II shall be used for Assistant Ministers, all Commissioners, Chief of Staff, and Military General. The Electoral
Commissioner, those named to special functions by the President, and Temporary Justices shall be paid at Grade II, but only when actively serving.
808.32.4 Deputy President, Speaker, and Deputy President are not paid positions.
808.32.4 All other positions not named by an Act of the Assembly to be paid differently are to be paid at Grade I.
808.33 Multiple Jobs
808.33.1 When holding multiple government positions, a person is paid their highest graded position in full, then half the regular salary for all other positions held.
808.34 Changes
808.34.1 Changes to 808.31, 808.32, and 808.33 may only be approved by supermajority.
