Executive Order: Comprehensive Commonwealth Website Order
1. The Commonwealth website is located at the domain www.thevcc.org and housed on the respective hosting service, which are purchased from Who-Ahh! Inc. Web Solutions by the Friends of Cyberia.
1.1 The Commonwealth retains copyright to all content.
1.2 The Friends of Cyberia is an organization of donors that is independent of the Commonwealth. This section is for explanatory purposes.
2. Each citizen may claim one forwarding e-mail address in the following format: firstname.lastname@thevcc.org where "firstname" and "lastname" are those by which the citizen chooses to be known in the Commonwealth.
2.1 Forfeit of citizenship must result in forfeit of the e-mail address.
2.2 Citizens are encouraged to link the e-mail address to an e-mail account used exclusively for Commonwealth participation.
2.3 Citizens are strongly encouraged to sign the e-mail address up for use with MSN Messenger.
3. Section 4 of the Cabinet Operations Executive Order is amended as follows: "4. The Minister of State is responsible for the upkeep of the Constitution, laws and register as detailed in chapter 210.101 of the Federal Code. He or she may host these at lawsvcc.4mg.com or a comparable provider. The Minister must undertake to block e-mail addresses from gathering by spambots."
4. The following pages must be located and housed as described in section 1:
4.1 an informational page for the National Assembly,
4.2 an informational page for the Cabinet,
4.3 an informational page for the judiciary,
4.4 all Cabinet websites,
4.5 the website of the Cyberian Defense Force,
4.6 other executive branch websites as directed by the President,
4.7 other websites as elected by the various independent Commissions,
4.8 other websites as elected by the various provincial and district governments,
4.9 the forum of the Commonwealth as of a near date the President will set.
5. The forum at EZboard.com must be retained for archival and publicity purposes.
6. Use of the term "Commonwealth website" in this order refers to those pages located and housed as described in section 1 for purposes of this order only. It does not modify the definition of a "Commonwealth website" in 270.3 of the Federal Code.
