Rights First Amendment (No 4) 2005
that (1) Article 3 be renumbered Article 1;
(2) Articles 1 and 2 be renumbered Articles 2 and 3 respectively;
(3) the Charter of Rights be amended by inserting present Section 1.1 as the first section and renumbering all later sections as appropriate;
Having been submitted on the 31st and receiving no objections, I believe this motion has reached the requisite time in which to meet unanimous consent. I therefore declare it passed by the National Assembly.
