Executive Order: Standardisation of Signatures
EXECUTIVE ORDER: STANDARDISATION OF SIGNATURES
April 20th, 2006
1. All ministers, vice-ministers, members of the presidential staff,
directors of federal agencies, commissioners, ambassadors and other
persons in executive positions, must when posting in an official
capacity sign their posts according to the rules in section 2.
2.1 Posts shall be signed as follows:
*Name*
*Title*
*Party affiliation* (optional)
2.2 When posting in an official capacity in a foreign nation, all
posts shall be signed as follows:
*Name*
*Title*
Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia (hyperlinked if possible to
www.thevcc.org)
Forums of Cyberia (hyperlinked if possible to www.thevcc.org/forum)
3. The president shall, when appointing a person, also indicate that
person's official title.
4. This executive order shall also, as long as it is practical, apply
to official e-mail communication.
5. This executive order does not apply to members of the judicial or
legislative branches.
