Appointment: Jack Santucci as Electoral Commissioner

Mr. Speaker,

I appoint Jack Santucci to the position of Electoral Commissioner.

I also make a temporary appointment of Jack Santucci to the same post set to terminate on October 15th or when the permanent appointment passes, whichever happens first.
