FOUNDATION DAY BILL OF 2006

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Commonwealth of Cyberia

1. That the following section is added to the Cyberian Federal Code:

120.3 Foundation Day shall be celebrated on July 19, to commemorate the> founding of Cyberia by Ken Kerns in 1997. Foundation Day is a federal holiday.
