I move that Mr. Ennis Box be naturalised under 4.2.14
of the Constitution. I certify his application. Any
information that is not of a private nature shall be
made available if anyone so requests. Mr. Box found
out about Cyberia through MNN.

He has also indicated to me that he wishes to reside
in Menet, and that he wishes to join the Social
Democratic Party.
