Appointment: Benjamin Gray as Minister of Foreign Relations

Mr. Speaker,

I hereby appoint Mr. Benjamin Gray as Minister of Foreign Relations.

I also make a temporary appointment of Mr Gray to said position set to terminate Sept 25, 2006, or when the permanent appointment passes, whichever happens first.
