700.082 PRESIDENTIAL MAJORITY If at any stage of a Demochoice count for President, there are only two remaining candidates who each have the same number of votes, the Demochoice random determination must be ignored and the EC must conduct a runoff election between the two candidates on the next Saturday after the election. If both candidates receive the same number of votes at the runoff election, the Demochoice random determination is to prevail.
